Lovells Lee & Lee specialises in banking and finance, projects and project finance and corporate and commercial work.

Projects & Project Finance
Our Projects practice advises governments, corporates and lenders on projects in Singapore and across South East Asia. With experience in a range of sectors, including power, oil & gas, water, waste, and transportation, we have advised on most of the large-scale infrastructure projects in Singapore in recent years.  We have also worked extensively on local and regional PPP transactions.

Banking & Finance
Our finance team undertakes all types of banking work, including syndicated, acquisition, structured and trade finance. We advise both borrowers and lenders, enabling us to bring a strong commercial perspective to the deals we advise on.  We also cover business restructuring and insolvency.

Corporate & Commercial
Our corporate lawyers advise on the full range of corporate and commercial transactions, from big ticket mergers and acquisitions to domestic employment issues. A particular strength is in cross-border M&A and private equity work, where we are recognised for our ability to manage complex and demanding deals. On the commercial side, we assist our clients in making foreign direct investments and establishing operations across South East Asia and the sub continent.

International Arbitration
Our international arbitration team has a wealth of experience in representing clients in international arbitrations around the world. We have represented clients in the largest and most complex disputes under the rules of all the major international and regional arbitration centres, including the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, WIPO, HKIAC and CIETAC, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules. We have vast experience in handling investment treaty, construction, energy, joint venture, technology, intellectual property, licensing, commercial and contractual disputes under the laws of most of the countries in Asia and around the world. Our work spans advisory work on the drafting of arbitration and dispute resolution agreements, avoidance of disputes through mediation, adjudication, dispute review board procedures, expert determination and the entire arbitration process, including interim measures, challenges to arbitrators, setting aside awards or resisting the same and recognition and enforcement of awards. Our lawyers also regularly sit as arbitrators and are on the panels of many of the leading arbitration institutions.
