Projects & Project Finance
Our Projects practice advises governments, corporates and lenders on projects in Singapore and across South East Asia. With experience in a range of sectors, including power, oil & gas, water, waste, and transportation, we have advised on most of the large-scale infrastructure projects in Singapore in recent years. We have also worked extensively on local PPP transactions.
Corporate & Commercial
Our corporate lawyers advise on the full range of corporate and commercial transactions, from big ticket mergers and acquisitions to domestic employment issues. A particular strength is in cross-border M&A and private equity work, where we are recognised for our ability to manage complex and demanding deals.
