Windows
To change your screen resolution to the recommended 1024x768:
1. Right click your desktop
2. Choose 'properties' (should be the last choice on the pop up menu)
3. Click the 'settings' tab
4. Change the number on the slider bar (bottom left) from 800x600 to 1024x768
5. Select 'OK'

To change your screen resolution to the recommended 1024x768
1. Click the 'Apple' symbol in the top left hand menu on your desktop.
2. Click 'System Preferences'.
3. Click 'Displays' In the pop up window click 1024x768 in the 'Resolutions' window.
Your monitor will resize automatically.
Macintosh OS9
To change your screen resolution to the recommended 1024x768:
1. Click the 'Apple' symbol in the top left hand menu on your desktop.
2. In the dropdown menu, go to 'Control panels' and click 'Monitors'.
3. In the pop up window select screen size 1024x768.
Your monitor will resize automatically.
