- advising a UK mobile telecoms operator on the drafting and negotiation of a 10 year design, build and run agreement for a third generation customer interface and billing system
- advising a global telecoms company on a 5-10 year outsourcing agreement covering the telecoms systems and services of an international bank in the UK, the US and Asia
- advising the Radiocommunications Agency in the UK on the disposal of spectrum for Broadband Fixed Wireless Access Services at 28GHz and 40GHz
- advising on a co-operation agreement for the provision of a GSM mobile service in Luxembourg
- advising an international telecoms operator on telecoms licensing and authorisation requirements for its business in various European countries
- advising on an agreement for the provision of interconnection software to a provider of mobile roaming and clearing services
- advising COLT Telecom Group plc on the sale of the three French subsidiaries: COLT eCustomer Solutions France, Apogée Communications and Asthéa Ingénierie to Devoteam SA.
