- Advising a multinational headquartered in France on the outsourcing of its internal IT services in twelve jurisdictions
- Advising the consortium of IBM, Siemens and T-Systems on the project to outsource the IT requirements of the entire German armed forces
- Advising Getronics PinkRoccade in the Netherlands in numerous outsourcing transactions over the last 8 years, including outsourcings by Univé, AMEV, Callas, PCM, Vendex KBB and Brouwer
- Advising a UK mobile telecoms operator on the drafting and negotiation of a 10 year design, build and run agreement for a third generation customer interface and billing system
