Real Estate Finance
Lovells has always had first class practices in the real estate and financial services fields. However, over the last few years there has been a significant convergence between these areas, reflecting the interests of our real estate and investment management clients in co-investment vehicles. In response to this we have brought together partners from our real estate, tax and funds practices into a real estate funds team - the Real Estate Investment Group - which works together on the structuring and operation of investment funds of all kinds.
In recent years the market has been dominated by a move by UK property owners to create or invest in off-shore property funds we have acted in relation to many of the most interesting, including funds for Henderson, Prudential, PRICOA (now Rockspring) and Threadneedle.
