The group acts for a wide range of clients including financial institutions, venture capitalists and trade purchasers/vendors on corporate transactions spanning the whole range of industry and commercial sectors. We also act for portfolio managers and developers on property matters and provide regulatory advice to industry sector associations and companies. We also have a number of pro bono clients to whom we provide environment, health and safety advice.
