- large scale advice to a major telecommunications company on their brand and trade mark protection via domain name registrations, strategy and portfolio management and assisting them in meeting the registration restrictions worldwide
- advising numerous clients regarding the transfer of trade marks and domain names on company acquisitions in various countries including the drafting of agreements as well as the technical transfer of the domain names themselves
- advising in a number of cases involving infringements of trade mark rights on web sites in the UK, France and the Czech Republic
- advice to a major international financial services group with operations in Europe, Asia and the United States regarding the recuperation of domain names and setting up watches on specific names and web site content
- general and ongoing advice to some 20 other clients regarding brand and trade mark protection via domain name registration on a global basis.
