- Operational and Regulatory - We have one of the leading international teams advising on the structuring, drafting, distribution and regulation of insurance and reinsurance products. We advise both buyers and sellers of insurance products as to policy terms and conditions and a core element of our practice is product design and drafting of insurance and reinsurance policies and treaties. We adopt an innovative approach founded on longstanding experience of the interpretation of wordings and the resolution of disputes over them.
