conducting internal investigations, document reviews, interviews, analysis and reporting, including Skilled Persons reports under s166 FSMA 2000;
handling investigations by external agencies, including trading enquiries from exchanges, themed or supervisory visits from regulators, formal or informal enforcement investigations, criminal investigations by police, Serious Fraud Office or other prosecutors (including Section 2 Notices), or investigations by government departments or parliamentary enquiries;
representation in enforcement or disciplinary proceedings before exchanges, regulators, tribunals and other administrative or governmental bodies; and
handling connected litigation to ensure consistency of responses to regulators, complaints handling bodies and the courts.
