- unfair dismissal, pay, sex, race and disability discrimination

In this regard, we appear on a regular basis before (depending on the jurisdiction) local and Federal labour courts, employment tribunals, the employment appeal tribunals, the competent civil courts as well as other bodies such as the Central Arbitration Committee in the UK or other arbitration panels. In Germany, we have considerable experience of appearing before conciliation boards on disputes with Works Councils.
We are increasingly finding that many larger disputes are suitable for mediation. In the last year, we have advised clients in several high profile and sensitive matters which have been successfully resolved by mediation.
