  • advising contracting entities on ways to structure a transaction so as to minimise conflict with the public procurement rules. Where contracts must be awarded by way of public tender, we can advise on how the award procedure can be organised to achieve maximum flexibility for the contracting authority, without infringing the relevant directives and principles of EU law

  • identifying possible breaches of the public procurement rules by contracting entities or utilities on behalf of clients that may wish to bid for those contracts, or whose bids have been treated unfairly, and advising on the appropriate course of action

  • representing public sector bodies or utilities or private bidders both before competent national bodies and courts in Europe as well as before the European Commission and the European Court of First Instance.
