- competition litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union (both the Court of Justice and the General Court), where we have been involved in a number of landmark cases over the last 20 years, and at national level, where litigation between private parties on competition issues is steadily increasing
- contract review and compliance, where our aim is to ensure that competition issues are identified and resolved at an early stage.
