Lovells

Bert Oosting was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 1989, when he joined Stibbe.
Bert then joined Ekelmans Den Hollander in 1996 where he became a partner in 1998 and co-managing partner in 1999. Ekelmans Den Hollander merged with Lovells as of 1 May 2001.

Bert is a partner and heads the Intellectual Property and Information Technology group as well as the pharmaceutical group of the Amsterdam office of Lovells.
His practice encompasses all areas of Intellectual Property and Information Technology, as well as Pharmaceutical law.
