Nicholas is a partner in the intellectual property department. Nicholas has specialised in the area of intellectual property for twenty five years. He has advised on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property, including patents, trade marks, copyright and confidential information. Nicholas has a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry and had acted for a number of leading pharmaceutical companies based both in the UK and the USA. His work for pharmaceutical companies has not only included strict intellectual property issues but also matters concerning parallel imports and the promotion of medicinal products. Nicholas has consistently been mentioned in the legal press as a leader in his field. He has lectured at Bristol University and has regularly given talks at conferences.
