Career highlights

Advised on diverse private equity transactions for the foreign acquisition of PRC valued added telecom service enterprises.


Advised on global VPN Network to Network Agreement between PRC and Foreign Telecom Operators along with all ancillary in-country structures.


Prior to joining Lovells, Michael worked with Baker & McKenzie in Beijing/Hong Kong (as a member of the China practice team) and with Sidley & Austin in Los Angeles (in the banking and corporate group). He has been involved in a number of speaking engagements in Hong Kong and Singapore on investments into the TMT sector.

He is fluent in spoken Mandarin and written Chinese.
