Robin is head of Business Restructuring and Insolvency. He deals with the restructuring of financially distressed companies specialising in the insurance sector. He has experience of both the life and non life sides of the sector in the form of Equitable Life and Orion Insurance and Sovereign Marine & General all of which are now subject to schemes of arrangement under the Companies Act 1985. He is a frequent speaker at seminars both in the UK and overseas.
