Lovells

Sharon is head of Lovells' capital markets practice area. She advises on all types of capital markets transactions, including securitisations, issues of debt securities and hybrid products, repackagings and derivatives. Sharon also advises on multi-jurisdictional equity and equity-linked offerings. Sharon has a wide banking experience, particularly in the areas of structured finance, secured lending, loan restructuring and debt trading.

She read law at the University of Kent and Paris XI, was admitted as a solicitor in 1989 in England and Wales and as an avocat in Paris in 1992. Sharon joined the firm in 1994 having spent five years in the capital markets team of another city firm in Paris.
