Lovells

Jean-Marc was admitted to the Paris bar in 1995. He joined the Lovells firm as a senior associate in 2004, having spent the preceding nine years in the employment teams of several Parisian law firms, and was named as a partner in May 2008. He read Law at the University of Montpellier I where he obtained a professional postgraduate diploma in Labour Law.

He specialises in Employment and Social Security Law and his practice has lead him to work mainly on Employment Law aspects of the restructuring operations of national and international Groups as well as on high executive remuneration packages and contracts.
