Lovells

Richard is a partner in the firm's corporate department. He has wide experience in both public and private M&A transactions as well as both primary and secondary securities issues work both in the UK and internationally. He represents both issuers and underwriting banks on a variety of equity and equity-linked transactions.

Prior to joining Lovells as a partner, Richard worked in the investment banking business for a major US investment bank where he focused on European equity and corporate finance transactions, particularly in the UK and France.
