Andrew is a partner in the Corporate Department in London specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and securities transactions. He joined Lovells in 1998 having previously qualified with Linklaters. Andrew has acted on numerous public and private acquisitions and disposals, particularly in the media and financial sectors, as well as on a number of London Stock Exchange listings and secondary equity offerings.
