Pascal de Moidrey is a respected M&A lawyer who specialises in private equity transactions, acting for institutional investors and portfolio companies. He has over 15 years of experience in the private equity market working for mezzanine funds such as Capzanine as well as other private equity players such as BBS Capital, BNP Paribas, CIC, CréAdev, Credit Lyonnais Private Equity and IDI. His private equity practice has also enabled him to develop relationships with successful portfolio companies such as the internet services provider Free (Iliad Group), telecommunication company OneAccess and drilling services provider Dietswell Engineering.

Pascal trained at Moquet Borde & Associés and then moved to Gide Loyrette Nouel. He left Gide in 1997 to become one of the founding partners of Latournerie Wolfrom & Associés, where he helped to create the corporate team. He left Latournerie in 2003 to head up Eversheds' corporate department in Paris.
