Katherine Mulhern is a New York qualified securities lawyer specialising in international equity capital markets (ECM) and high yield bond offerings advising both issuers and underwriters. Katherine has worked on some of the most high profile IPOs on the London Stock Exchange in recent years including Burberry, William Hill, HMV and Vedanta. More recently, she has gained experience in emerging markets IPOs. Katherine works with the capital markets and corporate finance practices in London as part of dedicated teams based in all the major financial centres in Europe, Asia and the US.
