Adrian is a partner in the firm's project finance unit. His work encompasses international project finance, UK PFI/PPP, and other highly structured asset and service procurements. He has extensive experience of advising participants on all sides of the process (including contracting authorities, financial institutions, sponsors and subcontractors). His work commonly includes advising on project documents, risk structuring, bid submission and negotiation.
Adrian's industry sector experience encompasses healthcare, defence, civil justice, property outsourcings and transport. He has particular experience in rail (heavy and light) where he has advised on PFI and Franchise bids in addition to a range of conventional procurements.
In addition to his work on limited recourse projects Adrian has advised on a range of outsourcings, services and conventionally funded construction procurements.
