Hermenegildo heads Lovells EPUI (Energy, Power, Utilities and Infrastructures) practice in the Madrid office. He has extensive experience in the energy sector, with special focus on the electricity sector. He advises energy companies and financial institutions in a vast range of legal matters in relation to their projects and transactions all over the world as well as to the protection of their international investments and transactions. He is also used to advising companies in regulatory matters related to the energy sector. Hermenegildo has advised some of the Spanish major energy companies, such as Red Eléctrica de España, Repsol YPF and Unión Fenosa.
