David Hudd
David Hudd is head of Lovells' finance practice. He advises on all types of capital markets transactions, including securitisations and repackagings. He also advises on structured real estate financings.
David is listed in Chambers' Guide as a leading individual in securitisation and repackaging and in The Legal 500's Legal Experts as an expert in securitisation and in capital markets and derivatives.
Following several years' experience of capital markets work at another City firm, David spent over nine years in investment banking as head of the legal department and subsequently head of structured finance where he was responsible for structuring and executing numerous new debt and equity issues, securitisations and structured financings. He joined Lovells as a partner in 1994.
