Neil is a partner experienced in a broad range of City-related issues such as M&A disputes and financial market problems. He has extensive experience of corporate and regulatory investigations and regulatory disciplinary proceedings. He is also active in a variety of claims for and against professional advisers, including bringing and defending claims for breach of duty, negligent mis-statement and misrepresentation. Neil has extensive experience of group and multi-party litigation and co-ordinates our global Class Actions Unit. He has considerable experience of the use of technology in large scale litigation and is a regular conference speaker on this subject. Neil is also a member of a number of Sedona Conference international working groups and was co-author of the Commercial Litigators' Forum discussion paper on electronic disclosure. Chambers 2008 lists Neil as a ranked individual describing him as "truly commercial" with a commitment to "finding solutions even in the most adverse circumstances".
