Verena is the managing partner and founder of Lovells' Alicante office in charge of European trade mark prosecution and management, including advice on pan-European trade mark litigation and on the enforcement of Community trade marks and more recently on Community designs.

She has particular expertise in the defence of marks or families of marks with a reputation in the European Union, in dealing with registered and unregistered prior rights from numerous EU countries, and in ADR.
