Assisting AP Moller Maersk in connection with a complaint with a request for interim measures before the Conseil de la concurrence in relation to its Le Havre Terminal.

Representing a major international oil company in cartel proceedings before the French Conseil de la concurrence related to the jet-fuel market.

Pierre leads Lovells' French Competition & EU law practice. He has extensive competition law experience and a broad experience of advising international clients on all sorts of commercial law issues as well as corporate and transactional matters.

Pierre is a member of the Paris & New York Bars. He joined Siméon Moquet Borde in 1982 where he became a Partner in 1987. He founded Siméon & Associés in 1990. He became a Partner of Lovells on 1 November 2001 as a result of the merger of the two firms.

Pierre was an elected member of the Paris Bar Council from 1994 to 1996.

He regularly contributes to specialist publications on issues relating to competition law.
