Ailbhe has had experience of a wide variety of commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on financial services regulation, including claims for breach of warranty arising out of acquisitions, claims against professional advisers and claims concerning pensions liabilities.

Ailbhe has spent time on secondment at one of the UK financial services regulatory bodies working as an enforcement officer involved in the investigation and conduct of disciplinary proceedings against its members.

She continues to advise clients on all contentious aspects of the regulation of financial services.

Ailbhe has also spent time abroad on secondment with an overseas bank setting up an in-house legal function which involved reviewing the bank's internal legal and compliance procedures and handling a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.
