A team led by Thomas Ubber advised Deutsche Bahn (German Railways) in relation to many months of collective bargaining with the train drivers' union (GDL) in Germany, including litigation against strike actions.  He was assisted by associates Bernd Weller, Kerstin Schmidt and Nicola Heil (Frankfurt), counsel Heiko Langer and associate Tim Joppich (both Düsseldorf), associates Andreas Ege and Lars Mohnke (Munich) and associate Matthes Schröder (Hamburg).

Comment: The Lawyer Awards celebrate excellence in the legal profession. Lovells' nomination in these three categories demonstrates the firm's individual and collective talent across a broad range of practice areas.
