SWX Swiss Exchange (SWX), the operator of Switzerland's principle market for listed securities, has recognised Lovells as an expert and knowledgeable representative of issuers in the product areas of Equity Securities, Investment Funds and Bonds.
The admission board of SWX acknowledged that Roger Fankhauser, associate at Lovells’ Dubai office, has the necessary expertise and in-depth knowledge of respective product areas, the Swiss company and stock exchange laws, and the relevant listing rules and regulations of SWX. This recognition allows Lovells to offer legal advice to clients dealing in these areas.
This represents the latest step in the development of the Dubai practice and is both a welcome and important recognition of our finance credentials.
