Lovells

Lovells has advised Perrigo, a leading global healthcare supplier, on the sale of its vitamin, minerals and supplements business to Neutrahealth and on the purchase of Neutrahealth's over-the-counter business Brunel Pharma Limited.  The deals valued at £6.4m and £6.2m respectively closed on 17 June 2008.  

In January 2008, Perrigo (advised by Lovells) acquired Galpharm Healthcare, the leading the leading supplier of over-the-counter store brand pharmaceutical products sold in supermarkets and pharmacies in the UK.  
 
The Lovells team is led by head of private equity Alan Greenough, assisted by senior associate Keith Woodhouse and associate Erin Anderson.
