Lovells

Lovells have been advising JPMorgan Cazenove in relation to the listing of Arawak Energy Limited on the London Stock Exchange, announced this morning. JPMorgan Cazenove have been appointed as Sponsor in connection with Arawak Energy's admission to the Official List.  

Arawak is a multi-asset oil and gas production, development and exploration group which has been active in the Former Soviet Union since 1998 and has current operations in Kazakhstan, Russia and Azerbaijan.
