We acted for Charterhouse Capital Partners on the sale of the Autobar Packaging Group to Sun European Partners LLP for an undisclosed sum, which was completed on 31 December 2006
Detail: The Autobar Packaging Group is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of plastic packaging products and comprises companies in the UK. Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Poland and Bulgaria. The transaction has taken six months to conclude and has involved a number of our offices.
Comment: Charterhouse Capital is one of the most successful UK private equity firms and we were very pleased to have been able to advise them on a transaction which represented a strategically important disposal for them.
