Lovells is acting for Air Products on the acquisition of BOC Group's Polish industrial gas business from Linde/BOC. The deal, valued at €370 million, was announced on 8 January 2007.
The Lovells team was led by Corporate partner Nick Parden and in Poland by Warsaw based partner Marek Wroniak. The team worked in close conjunction with lead in-house counsel for Air Products, William Morrison-Bell.
Speaking today, Nick Parden said:
