On 6 July, Barclays announced that it has completed a biennial review of its legal advisers and has confirmed our appointment to its panel.
The Barclays Legal Panel comprises a General Advisory panel and nine specialist panels. We have been appointed to the General Advisory, Corporate Recovery, Human Resources, Lending & Finance, Litigation and Securitisation Panels.
The panels, which service Barclay's business and strategic needs, will run from July 2007 to June 2009.
Comment:
We are pleased to have once again been selected to Barclays' panel. The firm has previously been a member of the General Advisory and these four specialist panels. Our continued partnership demonstrates our strong relationship with Barclays, which spans many years.
