AIRROC is an annual event designed to facilitate and promote discussions concerning commutation, collections and dispute resolution, provide networking opportunities, and address current issues affecting discontinued lines portfolios. This year over 450 professionals, including delegates from US and European risk carriers, lawyers, consultants and other advisors are registered to attend.
A team of lawyers from Lovells will attend the conference, including Joe McCullough, Peter Taylor and Gail Goering. Gail is the moderator for the session entitled "Ceding Policy Buy-Backs and Commutations" on Monday 20 October.
