Development at Lovells falls under three different categories:
1) Individual development, which could involve attending professional skills seminars, specialist skills development workshops or going on secondment to other German or international offices.
2) Practice area group development, which would involve expanding on the professional skills and knowledge applicable to a specific practice area.
3) Structured nationwide seminar program which provides all associates with a comprehensive range of technical, methodical and linguistic skills and knowledge in the years leading up to admission into the partnership. This seminar programme is regularly reviewed and updated so that the training is tailored to the associates' developmental needs.
