Being involved in litigation can be an intimidating experience for anyone, particularly so if you are disabled, or if English is your second language. The Lovells' Representation Programme has been developed to provide solicitor advocates in tribunal cases where legal aid is not available. It restores independence and dignity to those who are not able to represent themselves.
