The Lovells International Pro Bono Initiative offers opportunities to involve staff across the firm.  With over 200 pro bono projects undertaken annually there is always scope for offering help.

The pro bono experience at Lovells aims to be challenging and rewarding.  The programme is open to everyone at the firm and provides opportunities to lead pro bono projects, be responsible for case management and client meetings, and develop case strategy.  The programme is diverse, including large, high-profile cases involving significant human rights issues as well as smaller, individual client matters and work for not-for-profit organisations and charities.  Above all we provide a programme that contributes to the individual's professional development and which reinforces our policy to increase access to justice to those who are disadvantaged.

The initiative is managed by the Lovells Pro Bono Committee, a cross-departmental group of partners and lawyers.  The Pro Bono Committee ensures that the Pro Bono initiative is well resourced and maximises the opportunities to participate for members of the firm.
