This extends to providing legal advice to social enterprises or community businesses which provide opportunities for employment to those at risk of homelessness, and the mentally and physically disabled.
Our lawyers give advice on the incorporation of charities, corporate structures, intellectual property and employment issues, with the aim of providing creative solutions to those charities and community groups whose resources are under constant pressure. Our pro bono work for educational charities is directed at developing the skills, confidence and self-motivation of young people.
